Problems and Tensions are forever your faithful friends (pun intended), as they never leave you alone at any walk of your life.
When you are a student, your tension was to finish the daily boring homework on time and prevent yourself from getting scolded by your teacher at school. When you grew up, and are giving your Matriculation exam, your tension then is to get marks better than the cut off of some A-Grade well known High School in a metropolitical city. When you grow older and attend your Intermediate (or PUC) along with other competitive exams, your only tension is to pass those exams with a good score and get a good rank, so that you don’t waste a year ahead in trying to get better college and more ahead with your career.
When you are in college and the first Valentines’ day is coming closer, your tension then is how should you approach your crush asking her out for a date or even better, your tension is that no one should approach her before you do (as is it an FCFS policy right (pun intended). When you move to the final year of Grad, your tension gets even bigger with campus placements coming closer. You lose your peaceful sleep thinking that the only way to pay back everything is to get campus placed with the highest package that gets offered.
Once you get campus placed with a handsome package in an MNC, your next tension becomes to pass the final semesters with good marks so that your average score is great and is appreciated by one and all both at college and at home. Once you get that, you next tension starts with when will you receive the joining date from your organization, is the wait to joining worthwhile or just like others who are looking for off-campus and walk-ins should you also go ahead and do the same.
Once you get your joining date mail, your next tension is what should I wear for my first day at the office. Should I go all formals, can it be a semi-formal? On your joining day, the tension is at its peak level, am I looking ok, do I look stupid at this attire, what will be my first impression, did I get all my certificates, what if I don’t have anything. And at this point, if you realize you have forgotten something at home, it is no less than a cardiac arrest that you feel. Or at times if you are stuck in traffic and you reach office some 10 to 15 mins late you feel as though your life is just over.
Now friends, after reading this you all might have remembered those good, old moments of life which might cause you to smile with remembrance, sitting and looking back at that moments thinking how foolish was I that I would take tension in such small petty things which in the long run of life never mattered.
But, hold that thought for a second. You feel those great moments of pressure and tension are small unworthy things now just because you have lived them back then and reached here facing those situations of past and overcome them by fighting back.

Every present is at some point A past. Every future is at that same point A present.
A sentence for remembrance, not now but
Always.
Everyone has millions of reasons to crib about, cry, and feel all negative thoughts. But does that stop you from waking up every morning and walking your life without a smile?
A big No.
Everything that happens to you at a given present time, looks like a Mount Everest of troubles causing tones of tension and in the long run affecting you both mentally and psychologically because you have to deal with that all alone, even if you have your loved ones with you always by your side.
But, to face your problem is you and just you.

So, always try to be a bottle full of water and not a bottle full of soda. Didn’t understand what I meant by saying so.
Let’s perform this small experiment and see the results and try to co-relate with our situation at hand:
Fill a bottle 3/4th by water and keep disturbing it, shake it, throw it, rinse it, etc. After that, try opening the bottle. The water is still disturbed but slowing becomes peaceful and stands still.
Repeat the same process, but this time not with water but with soda and try to open the bottle, the soda burst opens and flows out as soon as the cap is even made loose for opening.
Understood something?
Let me help you,
In scenario 1:
Here the ¾ water in that bottle is you, no matter all the tension and issues are life is shaking you from the inside out when you open yourself you are calm and quiet.
In scenario 2:
Here, the ¾ soda of that second bottle is also you which is all so disturbed, irritated, agitated, and impatient fighting with all your tension and issues in life and finally when you open up, you explode. This does not solve the problem, does it?
No. It just increases your troubles in some or other way.
Hence the saying, “Always be a bottle of water and not a bottle of soda.”
