One day will sleep peacefully at night,
One day there will not be any more fight.

One day all these painful times would not matter at all,
As if it never happened and was all a bad dream of the night.

One day that broken heart will heal again,
One day waiting for him at the shuttle stop will be the aim.

One day looking at the mirror will make me smile,
One day those blue, green dresses will see sunlight.

One day painting my heart out will bring back relief,
Sweating in the kitchen would be so much of a delight.

Baking, making all not so perfect will again become
“It has come out well,”
Troubling to say, “I love you so much” will be heard anyway.

One day perhaps will be one fine day,
Mornings will be special
and the evenings will be fun raised.

One day this pain will be all memories,
For which I know what you will say
“Forget them as they were bad dreams.”

One day the flowers will again blossom with the breeze,
One day you will understand what you are and always will be
The only one in 8 billion is not just said as lame.

One day will meet you as if it’s the first time,
One day will see you as if reliving my long-lost life.
One day will be together again,
As if nothing went wrong and in vain.
