Pebbles

        Small as they are, yet strong too
	Integrate them creates hills
	Disintegrate it becomes dunes.

	The first line of defense in helping oneself and 
	others from trouble, 
	as they helped Hansel and Gretel find their 
	way back from the dark jungle.

	They hurt you when stepped on barefoot, 
	but teaches us to be more careful too.

	Throw them on anyone who points a finger at you 
	and you won't reach any of your goals;
	Use all those that were thrown at you as pillars 
	and you will reach where no one has gone before.

	Small as they are, yet teach us life lessons,
	The irony of us is; that we never listen.

	They break, they make, 
	they hurt and hinder all so true;
	but one should also see
	Strongest and Shiniest are amongst them too.

Hi all, I tried poetry for the first time to convey a simple yet powerful message to one and all which is:

“Every quality in you is like a small pebble, be it our strength or weakness. One should never underestimate oneself and the immense potential that they carry within as you never know which pebble of ours, can help you out of trouble and which one can be the strongest and shiniest gem that takes you to heights where no one has ever been before”.
