Memories, those sweet and salt parts of life,
which stay along with you till your grave.

Memories are the most beautiful part,
yet tricky it is to date.

You smile at memories of tears,
and cry at memories of the smile.

Contrast might have come from them only,
As lame as it is yet as sublime it could be.

You don’t forget those, as it lives breaths inside you,
No one can take those away even if you are well or in ICCU.

God made us all so unique,
as we might forget our last night’s dinner.
But never do we forget that special lunch
with our special one even if that happened years ago indeed.

Great is the strength of love and hope inside us,
Even when we know our plan to catch up won’t meet.
We still plan everything, small and minute for our special one as if it is our first meet.

We die every day, every second that we live,
yet that ringtone touches our hearts as tears roll down our cheek.

Memories, it is, and will always be,
Special most special they are, as pure and untouched as sunlight indeed.

Be it a song or a funny word spelled that made me blush awestruck,
You are forever there and there in my heart, soul, mind, memory, and my world.

Those carefree and beautiful days of solemn and peace,
those rush hours of shopping for a new weekend day apiece.

Waiting for you at the shuttle stop, with a pounding heart thinking,
what will you say or how will you feel about this new dress this week?

Be it a black, white blue, or green,
All carry one common thing.

Yes, it is your memories, and that smell which reminds me,
