Making this a year to remember in the end.

Having known and seen a lot in the last 365 days,
Waiting and seeing the tsunami of despair without spare.

The way forward was loneliness,
Even being stuck in bars tried everything that could free me even, in weakness.

The waves were strong and disrupted everything in form,
Erode every single brick placed to make a small but warm home.

Days passed by, driving one to the core of disease and sickness,
Goals got lost, love did cost, pain caused attacks,
became sick due to all the scars,
transformed into deep wounds from those small cuts,
and poisoned every single drop of blood.

But at last, as it is said, “whose end is well, everything is well.”
The fact lies in the realization that the virus taught,

To be able to live the present moment,
To be able to give priority to one and all
Work will always be there and help you pay your bills
But, being with someone gives you the courage and confidence to fight more,
Someone to hold our hands when in pain,
someone to lean our head-on when tired with work causing strain.

Making it a year to remember at the end,
“Where we did realize there is a world waiting beyond your business and work
We work to have a better life,
we don’t live to have better work.”
